had to drive up to Loon to my physical therapy today
brought the boys in the truck
and made an afternoon out of it
only because i couldn't get INTO the spa at Loon.
i had the wrong code for the gate
and there were no signs directing me from the
parking lot to the spa
and the spa didn't have an elevator
and there were 4 flights of stairs

now 4 flights of stairs really isn't that bad

unless you have a freakin knee brace
that won't let you move

whimper
