gina is a quite the epicurean
which pairs nicely with my bon vivant-ness
over the past 24 hours gina made:
stuffed pasta with feta, tomatoes and mint,
chicken & scallop fritters with a spicy gazpacho sauce,
pecan lace sandwich cookies with orange buttercream filling

Don't forget the bacon wrapped scallops and popcorn chicken.
OH and the omletes were yummy....
And had we stayed another day, I would have gained yet another fie pounds...
