two things:

1) driving to the grocery store sunday...looked out the window and saw a little dog tied to a dumpster in a vacant lot off 93. drove around some scary warehouse spaces before finding the dumpster. discovered a white truck parked on the lot with a woman on a cell phone. The little dog was a red min pin. And he'd chewed through his leash. I opened my door and the poor thing ran right up to me and jumped into the car. Then the woman waved her hand and the min pin ran off again. I asked if the dog was hers. She nodded and tried to step on the dogs torn leash. I wasn't quite sure what to do...had the woman with the white truck not been there, I would have brought that puppy home. Sadly, I don't really know if the woman was the dogs owner, or just someone else that saw the dog from the highway and decided to stop.

2) same sex marriage in massachusetts.

2.2) should have gone over to cambridge to be a part of history. to witness an event that shall change the landscape of this country. no matter what happens in the future... this day occurred. so it shall be written. so it shall be done.
