CHARBAY Whiskey - Double Barrel Release One
is the correct name for my bottles of charbay.
i realize i've been calling it a bourbon
even when we ALL know that bourbon is merely a LOCATION
(think bordeaux) and not a product.

it's a whiskey, for the love of pete.
not a bourbon.
i knew that.
and i called it a bourbon anyway.
