welcome to monsoon season here in scenic boston.

went to aquataine on saturday for dinner.
they made me a fine sidecar
so fine, in fact, i convinced the entire bar to try it
ok, if you've ever been to the front bar at aquataine
you know that's only about 8 people
but still, they all loved it.
and i had 7 new friends.

the secret of a terrific sidecar is congnac not just brandy
oh and fresh lemon juice.
and while i'm on the topic
copacafe no longer has my favourite drink
their pear sidecar has gone downhill
(but then again, haven't we all)
