eagle rare 10 yr old makes a lovely summer mint julip-y type drink

tear off some fresh mint leaves
stuff those in the bottom of a glass
THEN fill the glass with ice
pour about 1/4 - 1/3 glass bourbon
fill to top with lemon seltzer
(lemon seltzer is important...regular seltzer will work, but it won't have the pazzazz)
slice a fresh lemon and run a wedge around the lip of the glass
and squeese the remainder into the glass.

sip. don't gulp.
